Director’s Statement When I approached this project, the life of Rick Derringer, there were so many facets over and above just music. Sure this kind of talent and influence is worth noting, but I also needed to explore, uncover, and discover the full human being. Success seems to be defined on many levels not withstanding material accomplishment. As we progressed through his journey, it became clear to me that as it is for myself, Rick had come to realize that a relationship with God is the only way to achieve what is really important in life. I felt then, and I feel even more now, that we are spiritual beings going through a human experience. Rick Derringer's life story gives witness to this Blessing.
